opensimulator [raspberrypi]

if you like to test a newer image for the pi2 try:

based on:

1)format your sdcard with windows: https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/eula_windows/
2)download https://www.dropbox.com/s/kf1yp2unpw06cnh/wheezy-opensim-image-12-18-2013.zip
4)unzip it
5)put it with http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/ on your sd card
6)power your pi

login with putty (login username: pi password: pi)

update the system:
sudo apt-get update && apt-get upgrade -y
sudo reboot
sudo rpi-update
sudo reboot

install screen:
sudo apt-get install screen

start opensim with screen:
screen
cd /d0/opensim-0.7.6/bin
mono OpenSim.exe

detach the screen session:
Ctrl +A +D #in german: Steuerung +A +D

check if mono is running:
top

get back to screen session:
screen -r

edit it to your ip address:
cd /d0/opensim-0.7.6/bin
nano ./config-include/StandaloneCommon.ini

replace opensimpi with http://192.168.1.xx

login details for opensim:
username – FirstName: Test
username – LastName: User
password: Test
