create your object

loop subdivide of the plane:
Mode: Edit mode
Panel: Editing context ‣ Mesh Tools
Hotkey: Ctrl-R
hold ctrl +r (to create loopcuts on the plane) then move over the end of the plane so you see the pink lines, then move mousewheel to subdivide
go to cloth panel
make object collision
make plane cloth
click on the bottom on play (esc to reset it)
when you like the result click on pause
object->convert to->Mesh from curve/meta/surf/text

s then scale the cube
z (wireframe mode)
shift +a > add mesh uv sphere
shift +a > add mesh uv cube

select the first cube
go to physics and enable fluid
in fluid tab enable “domain”

select the sphere

select the second cube
go to physics and enable fluid
in fluid tab enable “obstacle”

change at the bottom the timeline to end 100
select the first cube
fluid world >viscosity>select water

in fluid panel click on bake
wait long time
then at the bottom click on play

if you like a frame just transform it to mesh and done,
also possible create a movie of it (camera rotation tuturial)
