install Medion CTX1921 DVB-T USB [debian 64bit]

based on:
https://nixos.org/wiki/How_to_watch_digital_TV_%28DVB-T%29

connect the stick to your pc:
dmesg
found a ‘Medion CTX1921 DVB-T USB’ in cold state, will try to load a firmware
[ 82.293163] usb 2-1: firmware: failed to load dvb-usb-dib0700-1.20.fw

so you have to setup dvb-usb-dib0700-1.20.fw:
wget http://linuxtv.org/downloads/firmware/dvb-usb-dib0700-1.20.fw
sudo mv dvb-usb-dib0700-1.20.fw /lib/firmware/

now you can install kaffeine and use the stick:
sudo apt-get install kaffeine

for a detailed setup in kaffeine have a look at:
https://fredfire1.wordpress.com/2016/05/17/install-wintv-hvr-930c-and-use-it-with-kaffeine-debian-64bit

if you use ubuntu / xubuntu or so:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mtron/kaffeine-stable
sudo apt update
sudo apt install kaffeine

Instead of kaffeine you can also use me-tv:
sudo apt install me-tv
