streaming, broadcasting shoutcast with butt and mixxx [debian, ubuntu]

install mixxx[debian]:
https://www.mixxx.org/manual/latest/chapters/livebroadcasting.html
https://archive.org/details/audio (free music)

sudo apt-get install mixxx
sudo apt-get install libmp3lame0
#to be able to stream

change some things:

top menu:
View>[x] show mic area
Options>Settings>Sound Hardware>output>Master> (choose the correct one)
Options>Settings>Sound Hardware>input>Mic1> (choose the correct one)

Options>Settings>live-broadcasting> then fill in:
Typ: Shoutcast 1
Host: the ip address of your server:
(you can get the ip of a site with http://get-site-ip.com/ )
Login: admin
Port: YOUR_PORT (for example: 8001)
Password:YOUR_PASSWORD
then press on bottom on “ok”

install butt from .deb file [debian]:
http://danielnoethen.de/
https://github.com/pideck/butt-packaging
https://sourceforge.net/projects/butt/files/butt/butt-0.1.13/butt_0.1.13-1-0ubuntu1%7Etrusty_amd64.deb/download

wget http://netcologne.dl.sourceforge.net/project/butt/butt/butt-0.1.13/butt_0.1.13-1-0ubuntu1~trusty_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i butt*.deb
sudo apt-get install -f

Install butt from sources[debian]:
dependencies for compiling:
sudo apt-get install portaudio19-dev libvorbis-dev libfltk1.3-dev libmp3lame-dev libfdk-aac-dev libopus-dev libsamplerate0-dev libogg-dev libflac-dev

Then you can install butt from source as usual:
wget http://netcologne.dl.sourceforge.net/project/butt/butt/butt-0.1.15/butt-0.1.15.tar.gz
tar -xzf butt-*.tar.gz
rm butt-*.tar.gz
cd butt-*
./configure

if configure does not show any errors:
make
sudo make install

or to uninstall it:
sudo make uninstall

install screencloud on [debian 64bit]

lsb_release -a

for debian 9:
sudo su

apt-key add - < Release.key

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install screencloud

install and setup kinect xbox 360 1473 [ubuntu 16.04 64bit / debian 64bit /windows 7]

about 1473 (i found my model number at the bottom of the kinect):
upgrade to make Kinect-for-Xbox compatible with the then-new Kinect-for-Windows.
